Visualising
Visualising is 'Making a movie in your head'.
When we read we want to be able to have the images in our head so we get a clear picture of what the author is trying to tell us.
Here is a game you can play.
1.Choose characters from animated children's movies and describe the characters to a partner.
2. Your partner needs to listen to the characteristics and try to visualise the character being described and then identify them.
You could try making up some of your own.
